i got a new samsung tv model # un32eh4003. I traded in my cable box for a new samsung cable box to cablevision. with my old tv & cable box i was able to record different stations & different times. Now i can not do that. I called samsung & they said it was not their problem. I called toshiba & even though it is only about one years old they no longer have anyone who can tell me what to do. I called cablevision, & they said there was a way to do it, but they refused to tell me how. Can anyone tell me how to do this?
