I have a pair of Cerwin Vega
CLSC tower speakers. My grand kids for some reason destroyed the exposed mid range speakers. I want to replace them but I dont see any way to open the enclosures. Can someone help me.

.

Why not simply contact CV?

If there are no screw visible on the front of the horn, then it typically attaches from the rear. To reach those attachment points you'll probably have to remove the woofer and work from behind.

Yep:
In photos I can clearly see woofer fasteners.

Be carful, though, woofers generally have powerful magnets so find an out of the way place to put the woofer after removal.
Keep track of the WIRING, too, You don't want to rewire OUT OF PHASE.

I don't know how good a company CV is for stuff like this, but a good 'exploded' drawing of the speaker or even the mechanical assembly drawing would provide the needed information.
