Looks like you'll be sending it back to McIntosh.

.

Check your owner's manual, there should be a switch setting in the set up menu to default to a preferred format. If there is no switch or the switch has previously been set for SACD default (and hasn't reverted to another setting due to a power interruption), then you should make certain the discs are readable as SACD format. If you're certain the disc should play in SACD but will not set up as SACD, then do have the unit inspected by a Mac technician.

If it's anything like my 301, it should just read the disc and adjust itself to the appropriate format on the fly. If you're putting in SACDs and the machine is reading them as CDs I would assume you have a problem.

Jorge, since the sacd and cd playback are in different streams, it seems your Mac needs a 're-education'. See your local mac dealer.

No white after Labor Day.
And the belt does not have to match, Herb.

Well, if it's cold enough to wear your ugg boots in public Dave, you won't need to worry about applying rouge. But keep up with the mascara and lip gloss to look at least half respectable.

For the boots, that is.

Nothing like a pair of Class-A space heaters!

Man, in a couple of more weeks I'll be praying for 33 degree weather.

Maybe we'll all have to come and dig you out lol!

It's not just the heat, but the damn humidity here is a killer. Oh well, only about another 3 months of it.

Speaking of digging us out M.R., we're supposed to get clobbered with our first storm of the winter. 20 cms tonight. Nick should get a nice amount, and maybe Nuck too.

I hope it's not too bad - for all you guys in the frigid zone.

Make a snowman for me Dave - call it MR. Tallish, lean and muscular and extremely good looking :-)
