^^^yes its screwed onto the air cleaner housing , engine room is so crowded that there was no other place i could see 2 mount it on , its attached securely/airtight & won't affect the engine in any way

Damn -- in the hurry I 4got 2 take Front pixs of the box showing the sub , when the owner comes back around in a few days I will take pix of it then
anyway its this sub

well there it is folks - no need 4 me 2 show u wires cause all have been neatly hidden under trim/carpet & u will never know/ see that its there

Sounds quite loud with a slight trunk rattle & front windscreen vibrating a bit noticeably but clean & the difference over stock 'system' & new real system is like night & day ...

......owner was pleased......

You making the boxes yourself, too?

I've been thinking of doing the same... but most people dont trust a 16 year old with this kind of stuff, unless he works at a shop... which i soon might be :P

You just doing them for friends, or are you advertising?

i do all install incl boxes by myself

used 2 do it 4 friends/family but when its done i'm still itching 2 do more hook ups so i decided 2 do this now
well i dont really advertise since i dont want alot of ppl wanting me 2 do installs when i already have my reg job but i kinda advertise in a way by putting in my sig on a local forum that i do installs ,gotten quite a few PMs so far but this is actually the 1st job from it . Another guy has been asking me 2 redo his stuff so maybe i will get that small job too .....

Nice install Rovin, but it looks to me like you ran the power wire right beside the hot engine without any splitloom. Isn't that a bad spot? Seems like the heat would endanger the integrity of the wires insulation, but thats just me. Nice job though.

^^^thats a good point - its supposed to have some loom over that wire but we didnt have any around since it was wk end & shops here were closed & we just forgot all about it -lol

but by mth end maybe we r gonna upgrade that 4g to 0g since we upgraded the sub\amps .......
