Outdoor FM antenna suggestions?

What is the best outdoor FM antenna for my conditions?

I would like to add an outdoor omnidirectional or remote rotational FM antenna to my Sony Home Theater system. It does not pull in FM frequencies like a car does using the cheap 75 ohm wire that came with it.

I live in a small city with alot of houses in close proximity. I will mount this new antenna on the roof vent using a 5 foot mast. This should make the AGL (above ground location) about 25 feet and make it even with most of the roof tops in the area. The ground in the area is relatively flat with hills and small mountains off in the distance.

Most of the frequencies I'm interested in are to the west and north. Ideally this antenna should be able to pick up frequencies which are 50 miles away.

Given the information I've provided along with the detailed list of frequencies in the attachment could someone please tell me which outdoor FM antenna I should be purchasing? I do not need HD, UHF or VHF. I have HD satellite and am quite happy with it. I am only looking to improve the amount of FM frequencies I get.

There are so many indoor and outdoor antenna gimmicks I'm not sure what to trust and I don't know enough about it.

I need a good quality antenna. I'm not opposed to spending a few bucks.
