Hears a topic that's going around at the moment, how many of you have the "Mark Robson" film "Earthquake!" billed as an Event! And utilizing a new parented technology called (((Sensurround))) which produced sound pressure levels of up to 120dbC weighting, where it would place the observer in the middle of the epicentre!

Now been on DVD for a few years, and released in many counties around the world, those who experienced it at the cinema, whether it was via 35mm or 70mm six-track mag discrete, would remember the after effects of the sound systems super evasive power!

But with DVD it can be played back in very few handful home cinemas, with fullness in the low end and at high sound pressure levels, which comes close to that of, the original event and possibly beyond!

For me it was as everything it lived up to be, an Event! The poster outside the cinema stating in the starting realism of (((Sensurround)))! The local ABC Cinema at the time of 1974, had installed the new sound system which I believe was on lone, and it surely grabbed you and pulled you in, or was it the other way around knocking you though the back wall of the cinema, and feeling your eyes vibrating was a eerie feeling!

Hears is a few links about (((Sensurround)))
