I'm looking at getting 2 Diamond Audio 12s D612D2/D612D4 (ohms depending on what amp im getting) But these are 600 watt RMS subs, and from what I've heard these should be an excellent choice. Anyway I get really good deals on Alpine MRD-M605 which puts out 600x1 RMS @ 2ohms, so I would run 1 to each sub. The thing is I MUST have 2 amps, 1 running to each sub, for design purposes. But let me know of my amp options here and what you think about this setup. Thx.

well if u have 2 use that MRD-M605 then its simple buy (2) 4ohms dvc subs & run 1 with each of that amp.

but i'd prolly buy (2) 4ohms dvc subs & use 1 amp like a PPI dcx 1500 or a Diamond D61000.1 , each does 1500wrms @ 1 ohm . Would sound even better & amp would have headroom so it'll run cooler ......
