yesterday my friend and I hooked two 4 ch amps to his car quite an oldie Ford escort 94' one was bridged at 2 * 180 watt rms bridged and another 4 channel 60 watt rms
after making a little trip we took all apart, the strange thing that the next day he had trouble with starting the engine and it's kinda lost power making the way up on hills he had to shift to first gear to make up on some little hill he had no problem going up at third before, and the engine started making strange noises at ignition.
is that possible that our little trip with those two amps has took too much power and defected the ignition circuits or the engine, or is it just a coincidence?

thanks :-)

if hooked up wrong, you can damage all kinds of stuff.
