Hi. I have an LG LCD TV that got a power surge. I press the power button and nothing. The button doesn't even light up. I removed the back off the TV and found two HDMI ports and the chip just above the ports burnt on the main board. My question is, will the main board cause the TV not to power up? All other boards look OK...nothing burnt. I suspected the power board, but that looks OK. Here's what's printed on the main board:

I can purchase a board off Ebay, but I like to know if this board can cause this problem?
