That set is listed as now for sale on the Vizeo site. Out of warranty already? If the screen really IS burned in, junk it out and start over. Get the cheapest set you can find for Vid Games, which is how, I'll bet, the burn in happened. It also helps to turn the brightness down. Get the picture PROPERLY adjusted. Sets from the factor are set to 'flamethrower' mode and are FAR brighter than they need to be.....or SHOULD be.
I purchased this in 2007, yes out of warranty. Vizio support said they could send 3rd party out to fix it for $205, but only has a 6 mth warranty. Video games have only been play on set maybe 3 times at the most. Thanks for response.
