My Samsung DVD-VCR 320 has NOT been recording a picture, only the sound. What happened to the VCR to make it do this? Did I accidently press some button to make this do this? It plays other VCR tapes. Just not the ones that I record from home. Help!

Are you using a cable box?

Yes. The cords run through the cable box

Are you connecting to the composite video output of the cable box?

The TO TV/VCR cord runs to VCR ANT IN. The other cord runs from ANT OUT to the wall.

It sounds like your cable company was outputing analog TV signals but now isn't any longer.

The VCR's tuner is analog.

You'll need to connect to the Video Out (yellow connector) of the cable box for you to be able to record. And the cable box has to be set to the channel you wan to record, and your VCR's recording channel needs to be set to LINE 1 IN.
