18" dish will get you only one satellite, 91 or 82
if you want to get both then you will need a dish 500 with 2 lnbs'

if you have all 5 satellites then you will need a switch that can acommodate all.

You will probably need a 4 x 4 switch. 3 x 4 switch is good for up to three LNBs, which in your case currently are good enout - 118/119 on one input port and 110 in another input port. If you add 82W and 91W, you will need two more input ports, which you will get from 4 x 4 switch.

here is how i have hooked up mine
i have dn on one switch and b@v on another
with 2 cables coming to the receiver, so i just switch cables
this is probably the easiest and cheapest way of setting up
5 satellites
if you want to set up like this, then yes you will need another switch
for b@v, just get a chieta heavy duty
