Sean, i used the 6900 to be sure that the Mac house sound would work for me. It does, and I now have too many Mac boxes in the house, each consecutivly heavier than the previous one, the 6900 is over 100 lbs with potted transformers.

The 402 power amp and C46 preamp are doing just fine, and the amp has no isuues driving the Gallo speakers to just insane levels.
Ask Mike or Jan about this, with a piddly amp like Mike had.sorry Stryvn.

The 402 has proven to run well, WELL past quoted limits! The Gallos respond in kind, with no feedback. It is a happy club.

The Mac 402, in fact, shows waaaay past top on the meters, with no protection lights. This is flat out power, no guard lights, and sweeping wellinto 800W range. I will take a video.
Just wall flattening, rock and roll gripping, tie your mother down musical power to the Nth level.
I do this for test purposes only, it is usually 3 watts.

I may need another of these 402 amps...

Nuck, you said you'll take a video. Are you going to throw it up on You Tube? I'd love to see/hear that, even though it won't do your set up justice.
