Total customer experience failure by Apple and what should have been a pleasant buying experience for a new iPhone 6s with the new upgrade program ended with me walking out pissed off for being unexplainably denied for the program by Citizens Bank. Now I have been chasing around wondering if something is wrong with my credit and I have no answers. Apple lost a sale and worse, made a loyal customer feel like a dead beat criminal.
