What I was looking for when I found this item on amazon.co.uk was obviously some kind of protection for my new iPod touch. More precisely, I wanted to protect the device when it is not in use since I do like the feel of the bare surface of this iPod when using it. Therefore, I didn't go for a skin or any other casing which is supposed to stay on during the use of the iPod (e.g. silicon cases). Furthermore, such cases, especially if they have a tight fit, can lead to scratches due to dust particles finding their way between casing and iPod and then constantly rubbing on the surface of the device. Also, I didn't want to add too much bulk due to the casing but still have some shock protection in case the iPod falls onto a hard surface.

Having said all that I can truly recommend this pouch. Apart from meeting my requirements, the product description is more than accurate and since I wouldn't be able to phrase it any better, I would like to refer to it rather than repeat it...

Regarding the fit I have to say that it is certainly not tight, which however is not a problem at all, since the fastening prevents the iPod from falling or slipping out of the pouch (see images). Furthermore, the flexibility helps "cleaning" the iPod whilst it is in the pouch and it is also possible to have the data cable connected whilst the iPod is in the pouch and the fastening is closed (again see images). Due to the softness of the material it is even possible to operate the external buttons which is certainly a plus regarding adjusting the volume or putting the iPod to sleep without having to take the iPod touch out of the casing.

Overall a practical and delightful product, which I can highly recommend!!!

This pouch is a superb case for my new IPod Touch, although it would also fit any other similarly sized MP3 player or phone. It is not a tight fit, which means that it is easy to get the device in and out. The loop and toggle work well in ensuring that the device cannot fall out, and is easy to operate.

There is no belt clip, but that doesn't bother me, as I intend to keep it in my pocket.

The case has a luxurious soft feel to it, and gives the impression of costing a lot more than I paid. The plush outside should also reduce the chances of it accidently falling out of your pocket.

Although I have been using it for only a few days, it seems to be well made and should prove to be durable.

All in all, it seems to be well-designed and well-made, and I have been delighted with it so far.
