hardware (ventilator?) failure after 3 weeks - have to send it back

It looked nice at first, but after about 3 weeks a sudden strong and continuous noise and a subsequent system crash occured during a longer skype video conference. After switching the computer off and on and continuing the video conference, the same thing happened again 20 minutes later. I assume that the ventilator went hot and got stuck. Sorry, but I have to send this Aspire One 751 back.
