Im afraid I disagree with the previous review completely. If you don't use a product then how can you tell how it performs?

I have had this laptop (with the 500GB HD and T6400 processor) for 2 months. It performs extremely well (since I put Windows 7 on it). Very happy indeed. The keyboard is definitely not flimsy and it is not noisy to use.

An excellent piece of kit from Acer

Had my 5735 for nearly 12 months now and it's been faultless. Keyboard is well constructed, screen quality is excellent, connectivity is entirely satisfactory and I use it every day as a workhorse in my web design work. It handles resource hungry programs with ease and will even play games pretty well, if you have the time, which I seldom do! Frankly, I am delighted with the little Acer and I would buy one again, only I don't have to because I'm typing this review on mine! Ordered yours yet?

What an awful product...... flimsy keyboard which is not wide enough (why the hell did they attach a numerical keyboard on the side I will never know). The keys rattle and have wide gaps between them........ I didn't even switch it on, I put it back in the box and sent it back.. and this after the delivery service couldn't do an express delivery (City Link)...... HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED with Acer and Amazon

Got the Acer as a desk top repalcement. Does everything super quick. Fab for all normal domestics eg internet, word processing, photos etc. Recommended

I love this laptop. One reason for purchasing this acer was for the layout of the keyboard. I like the numerical keys on the side - it makes typing perfect for me. The keyboard is neither flimsy nor noisy as a previous review claims.
