I purchased this phone after my BT phone broke. The Panasonic phone was half the price of my BT one and I have to say I much prefer the Panansonic. It's easy to use, the sound quality is excellent and the buttons are a good size, none of these silly super small keypads. The answering machine is also very easy to use and very clear. All in all I'd definitely recommend this phone as excellent value for money!

I bought this handset for my mum. I wanted one that was easy to use and with a clear, easy-to-read screen. It's easy enough to use once it's all programmed, but I did find the programming of the phone pretty frustrating. I normally can manage those sorts of things without too much hassle and with only a quick glance at the manual, but this handset was less counter-intuitive than most. It took a long time to find what I was looking for in the manual, it wasn't clearly described, and the symbols on the handset menu took some getting used to. However, once it was all done, the phone seems pretty good. Good quality sound, easy-to-read screen, and comfortable-to-use handset.

Bought this pack to replace an ageing BT DECT. I am very pleased with this package. I find the range of ring-tones very good, OK they are electronic, but everyone will find something that suits them.
set-up is very easy and very flexible. The batteries in the phone last ages - I haven't managed to talk
them down to 75% yet! The batteries are standard NIMH rechargeable AAA's, so if you want to replace them,
you can do it cheaply, unlike the shrink-wrapped ones with a special lead that the BT phone used. You can also put higher capacity ones in if you are really keen on talking!

They have a large easy to read display and large keypad that illuminates while in use, so ideal for people with sight problems. My mum wanted new phones and liked these so now she has these as well and is very pleased with them. She finds them very easy to use and she is 83, so that shows how good they are.

Very pleased with this digital phone! Reasonably easy to set up and then easy to use! It has a clear screen and looks very nice! The stand for the second phone is a bit light, and could be more solid, but this doesn't affect the overall quality of the performance! We found a ring tone we liked very much, and overall this phone is much better than our previous phone which was not a Panasonic! Panasonic is a name you can always rely on! Can recommend!

Bought base unit + extra handset. Liked it so much bought another 2 handsets from manufacturer. Easy to use, small but efficient. Sits well in the home environment - takes up very little space. Smart exterior. Very good value for money.

Clarity on screen, easy to view (large characters). Good reception, good range of features eg answerphone, memory dial, alarm, redial, caller display, caller record, unit-to-unit contact/transfer.

If we have anything against - ringtone selection could be improved. Keytones a bit noisy - yet to find if these can be adjusted.
