I bought this as a replacement home phone as my one was on it's way out. I was initially drawn to it because of the colour and styling. This phone is exactly as described, very good looking and easy to use. I love that it is customisable for different groups of people. You can set up a group ie friends family, etc and then assign that group not only a ringtone but a screen display colour so you can tell if you want to answer it before you even read the caller display. I have set up a group of numbers that cold call me and given them a specific tone and screen colour so I dont waste time answering annoying calls. The display is colourful and easy to read, though from certain angles the screen does appear black. The set up is easy and full instructions were included. The joystick control on the phone is not oversensitive so it does not get pressed during a call from facial pressure unlike some phones I have had. There is a good choice of caller tones and they are loud and clear to hear from a distance. The phone sits very neatly in it's base unit and always makes contact with the charging pins , also unlike my previous model. I have not had the handset off the holder for any significant period of time to determine how long it holds it charge as of yet. The display has an option for single or multiple items so you can choose to view items in more detail or larger text.The buttons are easy to press and large enough that no mistakes are made by accidently pressing the adjacent button. Overall I am very happy with this phone and have not found any issues with it.

This Panasonic phone was bought to replace a previous Panasonic DECT phone. Panasonic phones always provide excellent service, they work correctly throughout their long service life, and are easy to set up once you understand the product manual terminology.

This phone is a big improvement over my previous phone, having such features as a colour display (customisable), it sets the time and date accurately (if you have caller ID), and it will sit securely on a flat surface when removed from the base unit.

It is lightweight when in use, and looks very smart in its black livery. The 40 minute answerphone recording time, and 200 entry phonebook, are further attributes. It also has low power consumption for the Greens out there.

At first sight, this phone may seem expensive; but quality and reliability and worth paying more for. But if you want a DECT answerphone that you can rely on, buy this one.

Bought this to replacement my old BT phone due to poor reception, small screen and buttons, I was initially drawn to it because of the colour, style and screen size, a good choice of caller tones and they are loud and clear and can be heard from a distance, the phone sits neatly in it's base unit the LCD display is a nice size measuring 2" diagonally across and is easy and clear too read, the buttons are a nice size easy to use and see; due to poor eye sight this was important. Very happy with this purchase and would recommend this Panasonic Phone.

great machine,but takes a while to get used to. has many features some of which i find a waste of time. the answer machine does not beep to let you know that you have a message,it just flashes on the base.
but over all it is a good phone with a great display.

The quality of the sound is amazing. I had a lot of Panasonic cordless phones for at least 10 years but this is by far the best of all. The only problem is that I live in a city that often when it's raining the electricity goes off and I have to set the date and time on the phone again. This is too much boring. Other problem is it's not possible to set the intensity of the light of the phone. The light is so strong that I often wake up when someone call me. Sorry for my bad english.
