Really pleased with our new phones. Easy to set up and use. Clear sound and really useful speaker phone with good volume. Great product and good service.

Panasonic Triple DECT Telephone Set

(5 out of 5) by H. Morris on Sep 16, 2009 (Cardiff, Wales, UK)
An excellent product, not the prettiest but great performance.
A huge improvement over my previous BT Lyric system in terms of range, clarity of sound and battery life. Also the benefit of being able to copy the phone book from hand-set to hand-set rather than having to enter separately on each hand-set.

Excellent value for money!

(5 out of 5) by Mrs. P. Chirgwin on Oct 6, 2009 (Witney, Oxfordshire)
We've used these phones for the last couple of months and haven't had a problem at all - the sound quality is excellent, the buttons are easy to read and use - no complaints.

Disappointed with this phone

(1 out of 5) by Belinda J. Russell on Sep 13, 2009 (UK)
I purchased this phone, after reading the reviews, to replace my old BT Diverse 4010 which has now got a couple of wonky buttons. Delivery was super fast, the phone looks good and it came with relatively easy to follow instructions but sadly, when I made my first call, not only did I find it not nearly as clear as my old BT phone but the person I called complained she couldn't hear me ( I phoned her back on the old phone). I have now returned the phone for a refund. Maybe I was just unlucky with this one but I'm now going to try and find the new version of my BT one.
