It's not spooky....

Ellis on Sep 13, 2009 (Nottinghamshire, UK)Just bought this for my nephew who at 7 years old I thought might like the fun look and yet when we fired it up we were astounded by the rich, full and powerful sound. There are not many reviews to be found for this product but I was not put off by this because I was impressed by the specification, it has a fantastic remote that controlled his i.pod touch with ease, awesome bass and stereo distribution and a cute little blue light shining from underneath when the power was on. All round I think this is a really nice product, looks great, sounds fantastic, and has great features and whether it's for a 7 year old or even a 47 year old I would give the 'i.ghost' a go...

Good value
(4 out of 5) by H Brown on Oct 19, 2009Nice little product that does what it says on the tin. My only gripe is that the power lead is v short - only about 1m or less - which is a bit of a pain if you want to sit it on a shelf of any height.

Two things stopped it getting full marks; the blue that doesn't seem to switch of when playing and the lack of support for the current version of Nano.
There are a handful of different iPod supports but not one for the Nano, contrary, I thought, to what the blurb said.

Truly Incredible Sound!

Firstly it looks great. Taking up less space than many alarm clocks and finished in a good quality glossy plastic and chrome body it stands out in any room. Many people come in and ask what it is and I have great pleasure in demonstrating it as they are all amazed by the sound.
You switch the machine on at the back and insert your Ipod and there are many different docking holders so you will be able to find the one that fits your Ipod player. The remote is credit card size and operates the Ipod fully so you never need to get out of your chair to do anything! The best part about this is the sound. The speakers are in the eyes and the subwoofer is underneath, the sub woofer is so powerful, you can actually feel the air being moved if you hold your hand by the mouth! The louder you turn this up the richer the sound. It does not get tinny or distorted and the sound is so rich and clear. You can adjust the sub woofer bass at the back too.
This is a wacky speaker and performed much better that I expected. It really is the ultimate Ipod speaker! I love it!
