Wii Keyboard
I just want to say that the Logitech Wii wireless keyboard is the best gift I could have had for Christmas. I hate using the on screen keypad to type messages because it's so slow, and if I had to write an email, NO WAY. But since having the keyboard I have no reservations about writing mail to friends, or chatting online in games that don't have wii speak. I give it a definite 10 out of 10 for it's performance, it's looks, it's cost, the lot.

Wii Cordless Keyboard
Keyboard is of very good quality, easy to set up and use, matches the wii consol and makes life so much easier when using the internet. A very convenient size achieved by omitting the usual numerical pad that you might expect on a normal qwerty keyboard. In my opinion this is much better than other wireless keyboards I have checked out and compared both in terms of design and value for money. I would definately recommend.

Where's the pointer?
Basically a great piece of kit - well made, easy to set up. However, it's frustrating to use because it doesn't allow you to navigate the screen, having no sort of pointing device. To compose an email, you have to use the Nintendo controller to get to the text box, and then use the keyboard for the typing.
To summarise - it's great at what it does, but it doesn't do quite enough.

Best Wii Add-on of Them All!
Before I review the actual product, I just want to say that the person who dropped 2 stars off their score because there's no pointer control is mad! When you use your computer keyboard you have to use a seperate mouse, and beyond that the Wii Remote is the most innovative control method in the world! Why on earth would we want to use an antiquated control scheme such as moving a cursor up/down/left/right with arrow keys these days?! I dunno, sometimes I despair lol!
Anyway, on to the actual product...
My laptop recently broke and is beyond repair, and trying to use the on-screen keyboard on the Wii to write e-mails or take part in forums etc was becoming a real chore. I researched online and found this keyboard to be the only one with complete compatibility with every aspect of the Wii. Other keyboards were compatible with the built-in message system but not the Opera browser or games, which would be pretty pointless. Rest assured this keyboard from Logitech is fully compatible with every single piece of Wii software which requires text input of any kind.
It's an officially licenced product, with the Wii logo branded on the front, so while Nintendo didn't manufacture it themselves this is actually the official Wii keyboard. Logitech have done a great job in making it feel "Wii"-like as well, with a lovely white shine to the main body of the board, while the keys are matted and have an ever-so-slight grain to them to ensure a good grip of each finger. It's a lovely piece of kit!
It's also incredibly easy to set up; plug in the adaptor to a USB port on the Wii (the adaptor is tiny so you won't even notice it), turn on your Wii, then turn on the keyboard and voila, you're ready to go! "Simples!" It takes two AA batteries which come included, and there's even a tiny slot on the back of the board which hides away the adaptor for when you wish to take the keyboard with you anywhere.
To use this keyboard is to love it! It's a great size, tiny but just perfect size to type with. The buttons have a nice feel to them and have a satisfying amount of give. There's also additional Wii control keys for things like zoom, quit, OK etc on Opera, as well as a series of function keys which work differently depending on the software.
I really can't fault this, as you may have guessed. If it weren't for iTunes I'd no longer have need of replacing my laptop with a Netbook or something. Highly recommended to all Wii users!

Logitech Wii Keyboard
If you want to send wii mail or type a message in animal crossing, then this is the way to go. The keyboard is really small, but still completely usable and light enough to be easily transportable. An excellent product that feels well made and durable.
