The hard drive fits fine, no problems

(5 out of 5) by Filipeport on Mar 12, 2009 (UK)
The hard drive fit fine. You open up the carry case and there is a little mesh pocket to hold the cable. There is nothing to hold the hard drive. You simply zip it close. It is a nice protective case that should protect the drive when in a bag or similar. There is not a lot of padding so if you want extra protection (in case you drop it, etc) then you probably need to get something else.

What I wanted

(5 out of 5) by N. Nalubolu on May 11, 2009 (London)
This protective carry case is exactly what I wanted. It is very soft and the hard disk and the cable fit quite well in it. i would recommend this and it is quite helpful in protecting the disk from scratches.

Perfect carry Case for Seagate 500GB FreeAgent Go Portable Black

(5 out of 5) by Haradikar Varadaraj on Mar 8, 2009 (Lincoln, UK)
Contrary to a prevous review here I should say this is A PERFECT CARRY CASE for Seagate 500GB FreeAgent Go Portable Black USB 2.0 which I had ordered from Amazon at the same time.

It has good soft padding on the underside to protect the Drive stored and also on the top. The small USB cable is stored in a seperate mesh compartment at the top and there is no unusual bumps on the surface with everything stored. Go ahead and buy without worry....... you have my word. Quality worth the money paid.

Not quite big enough

(2 out of 5) by A. Rodriguez on Jan 29, 2009 (London UK)
I expected this to be purpose built to fit the Seagate Go external hard drive that I bought, but with the drive and usb cable zip inside it is all a tight fit and lots of bumps and bulges.
