Simply irresistable
(5 out of 5) by Xie.Xie on Mar 20, 2009 (Milton Keynes - England)This is an awesome player. I travel a lot and easily bored, so it has become my best friend, on airplanes, trains. I could read book, But I much rather be watching my DVD's and watching my favorite soaps on the road.
It is fairly easy to use, but does take a bit of time to get used it. Plays almost everything - Not 100% - but find that I can re- copy - especially copied DVD if I have problem. No problems with originals. The sound and the picture are pretty great. Bought the recommended Arial by Amazon, but found that to be a bit weak, so I just bought a stronger one from eBay.
It is pretty good portable DVD player, with many functions and if you are looking for portable DVD player, you should definitely consider this little gem.

Utter rubbish
(1 out of 5) by EBW on Nov 21, 2009 (UK) After about an hour trying unsuccessfully to get the TV to work, not easy when the instructions are written in broken English and the remote control does not work, started to feel life is simply to short. Eventually got my money back under distance selling regulations. I think the last sentence of Mr Martins review is key. If planning to buy one of these (1) it may be worth familiaring yourself with the Office of Fair Trading website - their helpline was excellent (2) DONT remove the seal from the LCD screen or damage any of the packaging in case you want to send it back. The company we bought from was very particular about this!
