Very happy with product, using the external hard drive is much easier with the docking station, prompt delivery,as discribed

The dock is simple yet effective. Makes life that little bit easier, especially if your USB points are round the back of your computer. Plus, my FreeAgent Go hard drive was only supplied with a weeny little cable [the one on the dock is a very decent length].
The case is not quite what I expected. I thought it would be an all-covering zip up jobby but it doesn't completely cover the hard disk. It wouldn't protect it that well in the event of you throwing it around in the mud, but then I guess you shouldn't really be doing that with it anyway. I think it is a little skimpy due to the need for ventilation, but don't quote me on that. However, it does protect the socket, gives the exterior a little bit of padding and is still small enough to go in my hand bag so I'm happy with it.
I'd recommend it.

First thing you will notice is the build quality and feel of these items its very good. The cradle has good length of cord with twin usb adaptor for attaching to two computers at one time.
The base is coated underneath with that really smooth good rubberized feeling which makes it non-slip when using the Seagate 500 gb unit and more easily to see the function lights of the unit when using it upright in the cradle.
The case is fine with elasticated sides which secure the unit when storing or transporting. If you buy the Seagate 500 gb unit you need to buy these to compliment the unit you'll be glad you did once you see the quality of these Seagate products.

This docking station, is as it says. Excellent customer service from Kikatek. Arrived within two days. Highly recommend them.
