Not suitable for my purpose
(2 out of 5) by Leonard Ellison on May 3, 2009The Epson BX300F is great value for money and being a user of Epson Printers I know they are excellent in quality, however the BX300F did not fit into my criteria as I use my printers for photography which the BX300F was not suited too. I did purchase the Epson Photo Stylist SX200 All 8n one as a second printer which did deal with photo printing as well as offering all other facilities I required.

cheap and nasty
(2 out of 5) by M. M. broad on Jul 30, 2009Ordered this back in May as a replacement for my excellent Lexmark as i thought the individual ink cartridges might prove cheaper to run.The Lexmark cartridges had ink left so did not need to unpack this and install until now.
Firstly no English manual only the quick set up and fax set up and the install disc does not contain the basic manual??? anyway had a conversation with Epson and set up the fax features ready to go,sent a test fax to my office got an error message went through the fax setup again still getting the same message?ask office to fax me auto answer works fine but the fax does not print?yet again go through the fax set up.
Bottom line uninstalled this nasty,cheap,plasticky piece of junk and re installed the Lexmark.
This is possibly the worst piece of hardware i have had the displeasure to own.You buy cheap and boy do you get cheap.
