Simple MP3

(4 out of 5) by Vanessa M on Jul 2, 2009 (Spain)
I bought one for a 66 year old man who didn't know what an MP3 a week was the week before, he mastered it in a few days. Only criticism is the inability to delete from the actual MP3 and the poor, almost useless instructions supplied by Sony. I would go for one with better instructions next time. The sound quality is excellent and for this price it is a brilliant buy.

stopped working after 2 weeks

(1 out of 5) by S. Rijt on Apr 29, 2009
After only 1 week I already had problems with this mp3 player, the buttons didn't work. only after letting the battery run out and recharging it worked again. However, after 2 weeks it completely stopped working altogether.

OK, but flawed

Sony NWZ-B135L 2GB Drag & Drop MP3 Player in Blue
Not a bad little MP3 player but seriously let down by the ludicrous shuffle function. Unless you manually reset the play mode it repeats the same tracks, in the same order, every time it is turned on!

Other than that it seems quite robust, isn't too bulky and sounds quite good (when used with a better set of ear buds).

Love this player

You can't expect something bad from Sony. I was looking for something much cheaper than ipods, and I tried some non branded cheaper ones before buying this, but returned all of them. And eventually bought this one, and I am really enjoying this player. Very easy to use with drag and drop feature.

Sony Walkman NWZ-B135L 2GB MP3

(4 out of 5) by P. Mayor on Aug 24, 2009 (Warwick, U.K.)
Torn between an i-pod or an MP3 and not really knowing how to decide, I decided to fork out £20 to keep me going until I could decide. This got me a memory stick with headphones. In the event, the several hundred tracks that I put onto it before it protested will keep me happy for a while. The device is clearly not cutting-edge and will win no cred points from techophiles, but it is very easy to use (certainly compared to a previous Sony MP3 I had) and does what it says on the tin.
