This was just what I wanted - it's neat and fits on a small shelf, and the sound is excellent for my bedroom. It took a little while to work out how to set the buttons as I was trying to do it from the raised plastic bar in the middle rather than the flat surface either side of the bar! But once I'd worked out what I was doing wrong it was simple. I'm very happy with it and would consider getting another one for another room!

Having looked around for a portable, good sounding, good looking, iPhone compatible alarm/dock I finally plumped for this.

My iHome IP27 has just arrived and took all of 10 minutes to get it out of the box and fully set up and working. I'm delighted, simple to use, small and lightweight, and excellent sound quality for a small box. There is none of the tininess I was half expecting, and with the enhanced EXB (UPRO Wide Stereo) turned on it really gives the sound an all round boost. Works perfectly with my iPhone 3G. Perfect for a home bedroom, and ideal for taking out on the road for use in hotels. At last I can stop dragging a box load of extra docks and cables around - although the IP27 won't sync with a laptop so at least 1 USB cable will still be needed.

Great value for money.
