Excellent product, thanks.

Despite being apprehensive about buying a refurbished camera, it has proved to be an excellent purchase. The camera packaging had been opened, but all the remaining parts were still in the unopened packaging. I could not see any marks on the camera, so was very pleased to say it looked like new. It was a present for someone close to me, so I needed to make sure it looked like new. I was not disappointed. Thanks for a great product that arrived very quickly.

I am no expert so have little knowledge of other similar products or for that matter much on this one. However, the instructions are clear and I have (sometimes quite slowly) managed to take some pictures/movies using many of the features and the results have astonished me - pleasently. The Camera delivery, cost etc have been as one would expect - vgood.

Once bitten - twice shy

I bought this camera as a replacement for my 18 month old Fuji s8000fd. The Fuji was my pride and joy until the mode dial came off and I then discovered that this was a common fault with the camera. Thanks to Amazon, I replaced the Fuji in double quick time with absolutely no hassle. This time though, I've settled on the panasonic DMCFZ28. Research on the web showed this to be a favourite of owners and reviews reflect 5 star rating. I haven't had the opportunity yet to give it a really good try out but I can testify to the build quality and features used so far. 18 X optical zoom is tremendous and picture quality - Leica lens - very good indeed. It's a comfortable camera to hold and all buttons, knobs, whistles etc conveniently located. It takes raw format pictures and HD video movies too and has a very useful feature which tracks the subject you focussed on, should it happen to move. There is also an Intelligent auto mode which really does make it almost foolproof. I hope to give my new camera a lot of use over the next few months and will come back with more thoughts and opinions.

top quality

Bought one for myself a few months ago, and was very impressed. Daughter needed a good camera for her film work, so I had no hesitation in buying one for her.

This is an amazing camera that sits between your snappy camera and a full blown SLR (both of which I have). Have taken some outstanding pictures with it which easily rival some of the photos taken on the big SLR. Its easy to use and understand all the features that it offers. Would highly recommend it for those that are 'scared' by SLRs and the expense of going down that route. EXCELLENT!
