HD Video, if you need it, film anything that crops up and in so much better quality than you mobile phone could ever capture. Photos likewise, face detection, scene selection, Panasonic genius to reproduce stunning photos and all in something small as your mobile. A 25-125 optical lens???? Amazing! I got the FX35 for my Daughter and that was fantastic too. The FX500 is another "Stunner", I got for my son. I am now a confirmed Panasonic Fan having been a Canon follower all my life. Put off them by poor customer service when their products go wrong. Unlike Panasonic who I can testify were the best I have ever experienced. Panasonic FX37/35/500, I love you all.
