I already have a more basic model of this which I bought to replace a much more expensive system that broke after only 12 months. It has worked well for a couple of years with no problems. This particular model has noticeably better sound, and covers cassettes, radio, audio/mp3 CDs, USB stick and even plays my Ipod through audio in (although you have to turn up the volume for this). When you look at the instructions it says the usb is only for Walkman players, but it works fine with my Sony USB stick, although you may wish to check beforehand if you want to connect something different. I think it's hard to fault at the price.

Very good sound and easy to use, especially the USB connection to MP3 player, should have gone for the DAB model, not Sony's fault there.
