Great until it stopped working....

Attempted reset and cold reset procedure lots of time (as instructed by manual, Sony helpline and local Sony shop) with no joy. Therefore suspect interal fault with sub woofer unit and am in the process of learning how the Amazon returns system works. I normally buy Panasonic and this experience has not improved by opinion of Sony kit. I will however order another as it sounded great and the small surround sound speakers are a winner.
