Awesome mouse.
(5 out of 5) by Paul A. mahoney on Jan 9, 2009 (Yorkshire,England)This mouse which arrived well within the delivery window is excellent.As always, Logitech has produced a mouse that is absolutely faultless.The design is excellent,very comfortable to use.With it being a laser mouse,it is totally responsive,100 percent accurate.I have used it on all different surfaces with utter consistency.The receiver is tiny and can be left in the laptop with no problems.All in all,an excellent little mouse.

Excellent!

Lalwani on Jan 7, 2009 (London)Accurate, laser precision, small in size and easy to use for my wife and myself (man-sized hands), great battery life.. and the USB connecter protudes just half an inch, such that I can easily fit the laptop, with the connector plugged in, in a sleeve!

It's a little small for all day use if you have big hands, but for a notebook, it's perfect, and overcomes some of the difficulties associated with tiny keyboards and touch pads.

Try in a shop before you buy it

One thing you don't know from the pictures on here is exactly how it would fit to your hand, which in my opinion is one of the most important design aspects for a mouse.
Unfortunately I underestimated how small the mouse actually is and have found that it's too small for my liking - my fingers either go far off the front of the mouse or I have to hold them in a weird position which cramps the hand after a while. So for me it's not the most comfortable mouse.
Other than the size it seems to work as good as a mouse can do, just be wary if you have large hands this probably won't be very good as an everyday mouse. Better suited to women or smaller handed people. On the other hand, the size makes it more portable and lightweight. Try it out in a shop if you get the opportunity before you buy.
