I do not think that this is a genuine apple product, as it was advertised. The connection lead has to be twisted and played with before the supply connects, Im therefore unhappy with this product.

post office made a mistake so item never arrived at first, seller was kind and quick to send out another one which I received in a couple of days, and when first item finally arrived, I just mailed it back to the seller. thanks.

Made a order online for a 45W Genuine Apple Power supply for iBook & Powerbook G3 & G4 on the Amazon website and got the 65W power supply instead, even though the display message on the item says ("Not suitable for laptops that need a 65W power supply"). I was very disappointed initially as I use an i-book G4 for my DJ sets so with hardship had to improvise with records and CDs instead. I wrote an angry e-mail asking for a full refund after failing to go through on the phone number provided as you would expect and to my surprise got a prompt response explaining that Apple no longer manufactured the 45W power supply but had configured the 65W power adapter to be compatible with earlier laptops. I was forced to write another e-mail with an apologetic tone to mitigate the furious anger I had laid upon the seller as in fact I hadn't even tried it. I would recommend anybody for the quick response and good after sales service.

Very quick delivery buying this from the seller Computer Trading and it was an authentic apple part as well.

Nice company, fast delivery. But! They didn't say anywhere that it is used.
In this case it was not matter for me. I'm happy with the power supply so far :)
