I was very pleased when my product arived. It looked just like the picture shown if not better! the wire length is much longer than i expected, which is great because i wont be catching it and pulling it out by accident all the time like my old one! i prefer this one much more than my old one as i wont end up breaking this one as easily as i did with the original. (Stood on the docking station and bent the metal!) The postage time was great! I've never had anything sent to me as fast before! its great value for money too. If i ever need to buy a new one i'll be back!

works fine, ideal replacement for the weakly designed charger that is supplied in the package of the originial ipod box.

Very cheap compared to other sellers on the net. Not used it yet, but it should be fine. Although, if your expecting the product to be the same as the image like I did, you might end up with the six inch cable version I was sent. I know the description states "Adaptor Cable" but sometimes, when your busy and rushing around, you tend to use the image of the product to hopefully give you a pretty good idea in what your buying, in this case it didn't. Because it was so cheap, I'll keep it as a backup and order one like the image somewhere else.

Purchased this charger/charging data pin for my iPod shuffle with the main requirement to charge my shuffle, but also with the understanding that I would be able to perform all the other activities that I would normaly perform.

Whilst it does charge up my iPod with no problem, my operating systems (XL) gives me an error message saying it does not recognise the drive.

iTunes does open up and recognise it and after a few attempts, has transfered music to and from the shuffle.

The big problem I do have though is that as soon as the shuffle is connected, it takes my computer off line and I am unable to re-connect to the internet as long as the shuffle is connected to the PC.

So if you want this as a charger for your shuffle good call, but if you are looking to update the shuffle software or stay on line whilst it is connected, not so good.

Of course this may all be possible to correct by changing the systmem set up, but I really hoped that this unit would be a simple "Plug & Play" item.

really good! ordered this product on the friday, was through my letter box the next day and for no money at all, highly recommend this product.
