The first one didn't work. But then the company is willing to replace the previous one. I have to say the customer service I received was very good. And now I m using the replacement happily.

I needed a replacement adapter for my HP laptop and as my laptop is over 3 years old I doubted I would find the adapter for it but I did and it is working as normal!!
