Great Sound .. Still Complains About 3G Compatibility
(4 out of 5) by D. J. Steers on Jul 8, 2009 (Royal Tunbridge Wells, England)This has to be the BEST sound system for the size I have come across, you can turn it up full bass, full volume (if next door are out !!) and there is no distortion at all.
The only fault I can find is that sometimes when you plug in your Iphone it says this accessory is not compatable with the Iphone and do you want to turn on Airplane mode, if you say "no" you get no sound at all from the speakers. If you unplug the Iphone & re Plug, its fine .... can just be a bit of a pain.
Would have given 5* if didnt have the above niggle...

Top notch Iphone 3G docking station
(5 out of 5) by brentdavids on Feb 23, 2009I spent a good deal of time researching docking stations that would work with my 3G Iphone and after a few ideas this was what I chose.
I have to say it is really a cracking piece of kit especially at the price I paid for it on Amazon.
There are some other systems out there but if you want a stand alone good quality docking station I wouldnt look any further.
I did like the look of the Klipsch and bought one for my girlfriend's Ipod but the model I chose for her does not work with my Iphone and it does not charge her Ipod while in the dock, not a major problem unless you are listening for over 8/10 hours in one hit.
If you are a HiFi anorak, sorry I mean enthusiast, then there is probably other equipment out there but for the vast majority this is a Ronseal-

High End Speaker for iPod and iPhone

The Altec Lansing T612 was head and shoulders above the rest when it came to satisfying all three requirements. The speaker has a rich, deeper bass sound, it has classic black and polished steel trim and was at a very competitive price. It had added benefits of charging the iPhone and being wall mountable. All in all a great choice.

Excellent Product

I use this for my iphone and despite other reviews fits perfectly you do need to take out the small cradle though. had it for two months now and cant find a fault.
