Better late than never

(4 out of 5) by B. Cansfield on Mar 28, 2009 (Richmond North Yorkshire)
I first ordered this Panasonic 37LZD800 10 January 2009 and only through ordering from another branch of Amazon (delivery then only took a few days)did I finally receive my tv 26 February 2009!

Having received the tv I am delighted with it. Haven't got the perfect picure as yet but getting there!

I will continue to purchase fromAmazon because I find their prices better than other firms and usually so prompt with their deliveries.

OK Now

(5 out of 5) by G. Law on Mar 17, 2009 (Lincolnshire, UK)
After 3 days remote failed to operate TV unless you were about a metre away. Changed batteries failed again. Amazon replaced TV and Remote. Same problem with new unit after 3 days. Contacted Panasonic who eventually admitted to a problem with the sensing window on the TV and sent an engineer to replace window. Perfect and still is after 3 months.
Brilliant picture, but I find it hard to believe Panasonic got something so simple so wrong.

Fantastic picture quality

(5 out of 5) by J. Harvey on Feb 5, 2009 (London)
This is a brilliant tv and I would recommend it to everybody. The picture is so crisp and clear it is just amazing. At 37" it is plenty big enough and there really is no need to get a tv any bigger. The sound is also first class.

The only problem I have had is a "sticky button" remote that is currently being dealt with by Amazon - first class service too from Amazon with the delivery and all.

37" Panasonic TV

(5 out of 5) by Dr. E. Oakes on Feb 4, 2009 (UK)
This TV is in a room that is not in regular use. What I did notice was that if you got too close to the TV, you could almost see the pixels, and no doubt this applies to all 37" (and above)LCD TV's. If you are a sensible distance away from the TV (say, about 8ft) then this TV is super, and I value being able to view photographs directly from an SD card. The "two-picture" in one facility is also great. The benefit of 100 Hz motion compared to 50 Hz is not so obvious to someone whose eyesight is on the decline. I have recommended this TV to my son-in-law who has bought one and is delighted with it. He thinks you get a better picture with "Freeview" than with direct Satellite.
