SONY - as always a class apart.

The camera is just too good for the price and features. There's not one thing that I have found a fault with.

I bought this as a gift to my Girlfriend. She liked it so much and I was really pleased with the outcome of its functions. the only reason I am not giving a 4 star is just because I have to buy a separate memory card and case. Well I know for most of the cameras this is the case. But I wish I had the option to purchase those two items as well for a discounted rate when bought together. I think many customers will wish so. But can't blame the camera in any way. I would say go for it.

it was nice camera i got from amazon price was also reasonable i would recommend to others as well as there are many other functions in it which u dont find in other cameras

I bought this for my dad for his birthday. I bought this model for two reasons. i) his old type camera (regular SLR) has packed up and ii) its small enough to take with you on holiday without weighing a tonne and taking up a lot of space.

Once he got to grips with how the memory card worked he was all set. One of my favourite features, the smile shutter, worked excellently. I tried it on my dad who fake smiles a lot and it could work out that he wasn't smiling properly. That made him smile and the camera caught the once in a lifetime shot.

I got this as a second camera that would easily fit into my pocket as my other is much larger (Canon S3 IS).

I recently used it on a ski trip and it did its job very well producing some very good pictures.
