Best electronic item I own!
This shouldn't be called a universal remote, it is an insult to this product. Easy enough that my wife could set it up!
The interface is very user friendly, and everything worked on my first try. Customizing the settings and activities was easy once I started to get used to this unit.
This remote replaced all 6 of my other remotes, and I haven't used any of them in weeks. I have yet to find any function that this won't perform.
I only wish that it had a phone built in...maybe next model ;)

An amazing device
I've a complex set-up involving TV, 3 satellite receivers, a soundbar amp, an HDD/DVD, an Apple TV and VCR so it needed 8 remotes and a index card to let you know what input channel combinations to assign.
The upsides:
* The Harmony One remembers it all
* Programming via the web is relatively straightforward
* There are lots of options in programming (after a month of use I am still discovering)
* FREE, yes FREE, and excellent help line support from Logitech from freephone numbers which amazingly are answered quickly by knowledgeable people who sort out anything you don't understand.
- The downsides: the touch screen is a bit small and stubby fingers sometimes select the wrong option
- It occasionally fails to keep track of the TV input channel on my system. (However the built-in help system will always fix it)
