I bought this item after seeing something in FHM magazine. I've been looking for speakers for my notebook and mp3 player for a bit. I read reviews and all was good, plus I like the look of it and a great price.

I ordered it midday on Sunday and it came on the Tuesday, so fantastic delivery. On first impressions it really does look goog, and it is really small. Much smaller than i imagined. I thought it would be a similar size to an apple, may be a touch smaller. It turns out that it's a lot smaller again. I would say a bit smaller than a plum. It's tiny!

The sound is unbelievable. For the size you would expect anything from a rubbish sound to an ok sound, but it's incredible. Connects like normal headphone would (so suitable for most music players) and charges on the USB.

Comes with a couple of extras, like the USB and line in cable. Also a strong bag, it will protect the speaker well and won't tear. Overall is a brilliant product and you highly recommended.

For something so small, the sound is fantastic. Over the years, I have had many travel speakers, and these are up there with the best in terms of sound. For size, there is no comparison. I have never seen a speaker so small with such good sound, including respectable bass. There are USB and 3.5mm phono connectors on a Ziplinq-type cable.

I agree with the reviewer who said this product isn't as amazing as other reviews seem to suggest. I have given a 3-star rating only to be fair. I was so disappointed when I tested it that it could have been 1 or 2 stars.

The sticking point (and a big one from my point of view) is that the Technical details of the advert say "High quality sound, with clear bass resonance" (which, combined with some of the reviews, somewhat misled me). The speaker basically sounds like an enhanced radio. You don't get any of the undertones in music types like jazz or soul. And it has no independent controls so you cannot reduce the inherent treble which is so high that it drowns out the bit of bass it can produce, which is admittedly decent for a speaker this size and weight.

I should have listened to Mr Thawley. Now I have to keep this speaker and buy yet another one that actually gives what I was looking for - a well-rounded range of acoustics on low volumes. That is what I expect from portables, as blasting loud house-party style music is what heavier stereo speakers and amplifiers were designed for.

This is brilliant and so cheap you must buy one! It is really dinky and the sound is very impressive given the size. Now it won't be replacing my stereo but is perfect for sharing sounds or when travelling. Decent volume and bass. I bought it for my MP3 player and also my netbook (which has dreadful sound - so a massive improvement). This is truly portable taking up next to no space in your bag or pocket. The speaker itself is kind of egg sized (but rounder!) and the cable is on a separate compact retractable spindle thing. There is even a neat little drawstring bag to carry it in. Well worth it.

This product is very good considering its size, although it comes no where close to beating a bigger speaker - the bass is just not big enough.

Very portable and good charging system, but not as amazing as some of you are saying it is.
