Planning to scan A4 docs? Forget it.
(1 out of 5) by M. T. Webb on Aug 4, 2009I purchased this printer a month ago for my business and while it prints absolutely fine, the scanner will not scan to A4. You have to go in afterwards and crop EVERY SINGLE document manually to A4. This is incredibly time-consuming and incredibly frustrating!
I've been on to HP Support and they are absolutely no hope whatsoever...in fact one of the worst support teams of any company i've ever dealt with.
I also suspect that this particular model has been discontinued as there is no support link for it on the HP website (I had to go through links for a similar laserjet printer).
I heartily recommend that you do not waste your money on this printer, and find either a newer version or preferably a different manufacturer.
I will never buy another HP product.
