Good all-rounder with just a few niggles

Recently bought this direct from HP but now see the Amazon price has come down - damn! This is a good entry-level home-office multi-function monochrome laser printer/copier/colour scanner and replaces my aged photo scanner and ink jet printer. Connection as a network printer was a breeze (XP)but some of my applications don't see it as a TWAIN scanner but do as a WIA scanner, which is fine if the application offers both. Minor niggles: comes with only a 1000-page cartridge (common practice), no ON light and the on/off switch is fairly inaccessible, at the back. Nevertheless I'm quite pleased so far.
