Not the advertised product.
(1 out of 5) by BHW on Sep 3, 2009 (UK)This is not the genuine HP product as described and shown in the picture but some sort of refurbished or equivalent product. The suppliers blame Amazon for the misrepresentation, but do offer to refund if you send it back.

Not the original HP Product!

Poor Quality

Very quick and simple to replace, and if you put your old cartridge back into the box and seal it with tape, HP provide a free return label which allows you to return the old cartridge to them for recycling. What's not to like?
