These are great little (very little) speakers for travelling around with or sitting on a bedroom shelf. My 5 year old loves to walk around the house with them and I borrow them when she's not around. The sound is remarkable from something at this price and size. You can plug them into a USB or we put rechargeable batteries in. It takes 3 AAA. We paid £9.99 in Dec 2008 on Amazon. Bargain...

Cute little pink box- I know the picture shows it with an ipod shuffle but It was still a suprise when i opened the parcel and realised just how small this speaker is (each side smaller than a credit card)- that said- it does go up to a reasonable volume. At this size (and price) It is, understandably, not a serious bit of kit- but I'm still quite impressed with it. It is perfect for my 5 year old who is unable to keep earphones on her ears and she can work this simple unit herself and mercifully it doesn't distort or play too loud. It takes 3 x AAA batteries (not supplied) or plugs into a pc.(Beware tiny writing on changeover switch from battery to usb). It ain't Bose but it is a fun way of listening out loud.

Amazing, purchased this as a surprise present for my wife as she had been going on that she could not manage her i pod whilst doing housework.
Now she can place her i pod anywhere and listen to music all day, the sound is of good quality and it also has a decent volume range.
One of my best value for money buys.

This has to be one of the best things I have ever bought, ideal for the garden, bathroom wherever. its portable, light and has great sound quality! Well worth the money and it has hours of battery life.

Great little gadget. I take it to the bathroom when in the bath I can listten to my favourite music. In fact I take it everywhere, in my handbag or pocket. Just love it.
