With a touch screen the ipod touch is always going to be tricky to protect! The design & functionality is superb, I struggle to see how it could be improved. If I had any criticism it would be that the belt catch is a tad bulky, but again I can't see how it could be improved without making it less user friendly!

ipod covers are without doubt essential! But there are simply dozens to choose from. The ecological black and green! The plastic and the leather in various shades of black, brown and even pink!!
I bought this one since it seemed to cover with a soft leather and had holes in all the right places.
Well, I'm not sending it back but at £20 it is very expensive and the slot at the bottom is hardly big enough to allow connection to the computer. Not a bad buy, but there must be better.

I had my Ipod Touch for travel between work, home and holidays. Initially I loved this until I dropped it onto (luckily) a soft place. I decided the ipod is too easy to break and wanted to invest in a protective cover. I chose this as it had fairly good reviews and was a good price. I recieved it quickly in the post and noticed a few things;
+ it is a snug fit and will stop the ipod moving around.
+ it does protect the ipod fairly well if dropped.
+ the cutouts are in the correct place for volume, headphone jack and when open, the charger cable.
- there is no protective cover over the screen when it is open - I got over this with a plastic protector for the screen.
- when you go to clip the magnetic button closed, it doesn't always match up. fiddly and annoying but when closed does stay closed well.
If you are looking for a simple cover, this is great, if you want an inside screen protector and a better button, try something else.
BTW - I have not tried the clip yet although it seems sturdy and it seems for the for ipod touch than the iphone, its too slim and with the holes in different places for the iphone.

This is a really soft leather case that seems to fit the Itouch really well. The magnetic catch is great, both when closed and open. Purchased about 3 weeks ago and can't so far.

Excellent product. It is stylish and looks hard wearing. No need to remove the iPod Touch for connecting etc. as the case allows connections through cut outs.I like the magnetised clip on.The only adverse comment is that I have to walk around with a case called 'TUV LUV!!
