great customer service

having owned this product for 8 months, the dvd has just malfunctioned. i telephoned daewoo this morning and they have arranged an engineer to come and pick it up. until now the tv has been superb and i will look out for daewoo products in the future

Disappointed

Could not receive Freeview despite excellent reception on other TVs in the house. Daewoo helpline continuously engaged, but eventually made contact via email. Daewoo unhelpful. Set returned.

Poor I'm afraid

Sound quality is poor (as one might anticipate to be fair) but more importantly the sound cannot be turned down any lower (other than silent of course) than a level so loud that the tv is unusable at night in a quiet house/caravan/boat - it will disturb all around.
I'm sure this is a design flaw.
Amazon were good about it though, refund received.

poor service from Daewoo

After only 3 months the DVD player no longer works - all DVDs are green and flicker constantly.
Daewoo engineer took TV away for a week and returned it unfixed.
Very poor after sales service and poor quality product. If you want a good reliable TV/DVD don't buy this one. Also you can't receive all the freeview channels that you can get with a separate box.
RUBBISH ITEM DO NOT BUY !!
