BAD TV
This tv does have a Buzz and it is very noticable. The sound levels are far too loud also just like others have said making it useless for the bedroom as its just too loud. The remote control is slow at responding, you press the buttons and nothing happens. Good side to it is that the DVD and USB plays divx. It played a 250gb passport drive full of divx perfectly. I would stay clear of this model and try another though.

TV has a continual buzz
I recieved the TV this morning and returned it this afternoon.
Everything works as per the product information except there is a continuous buzz. I called Daewoo who told me that this was a trait of this particular model. The buzzing is not as Daewoo told me 'a low buzz', with the volume at 15 you can still hear it and any lower the buzzing overides the volume.
I would not buy this TV

Worst TV I've ever owned
This TV arrived a little more than two hours ago as a TV/DVD combo for our kitchen as it can sometimes get a little boring standing over the cooker for hours on end.
Needless to say, as an enthusiastic techno geek, I had it plugged in straight away and flicked through a variety of DVDs while trying to adjust the picture settings to give a nice, clear, vibrant picture.
I couldn't.
With the brightness on any of the default levels, there is a huge amount of noise and dithering on the image and it's very distracting. Ok.. so we turned down the brightness and the noise went away, but the image was then far too dark, obviously. Playing around with the contrast and brightness still couldn't deliver a decent quality image and so that was abandoned and we decided to try adjusting the sharpness to make the image clearer as it was very soft by default. The sharpness is clearly controlled (as with the other image controls) by some seriously flawed internal software because you can either watch it with a very soft image or you can turn up the sharpness and get an annoying ghosting effect where the edges are enhanced rather than the overall image.
I know how long it takes to get a new TV looking good, and I always spend as much time as is necessary to do so but this particular TV just doesn't play ball. The software which processes the signal and turns it into the actual image on screen is dreadful - it's either one thing or another and no in between. After two hours of playing around with it, I've decided that I made a serious error in judgement by buying this TV. It was purchased based on the previous reviews and I'm truly surprised that it got such good reviews. Unfortunately, I couldn't find any other reviews for this TV outside of Amazon and so I only had the previous reviews to go by.
I hope that this review will help others to understand prior to purchasing that the TV really isn't as good as it's made out to be. As I said at the start, I've had this TV a little over two hours and I've already arranged for it to be returned. It may just be for occasional use within a kitchen but it should still be worth the £259 price tag and it certainly isn't.

Disappointed with the TV
I bought the TV for the bedroom to replace a 21 inch CRT TV and a DVD player. I was excited about the features on the TV, Freeview,HD ready,DVD player, Memory card readers and a USB. Most of all what I thought to be a good brand "Daewoo", turned out to be worse than a similar LCD TV/DVD I could have bought from ALDI for £199.00 with a three year warranty.
I can not belive Daewoo can produce such rubbish TV. It has a continuous Buzzing noise, the sound is very tinny, the sound volume on the lowest level is too high for a bedroom. I can not get the picture to remain on full view.
I have not tried the DVD player yet. This TV, may be going back, very soon.
