Volume too loud at lowest level
(2 out of 5) by D. Lewis on Jan 22, 2008 (UK)I have to agree with another reviewer who mentioned that the volume when on level 1 is still quite loud. This is a problem that means I have to return my set as I bought it for watching TV in bed and it really is too loud to have on late at night, particularly as I know my neighbour's bedroom is on the other side of the wall the TV is on! It's a shame because I was very pleased with my purchase, I would still recommend it to anyone for whom sound is not an issue.

TV is superb, I hooked it up to the old aerial in the loft (at least 11 years old) and it picked up freeview with no problems at all.
DVD player is excellent and I have also tried downloading AVI films from the internet and putting them on a usb stick and they work perfectly.
Really nice gloss black finish - Recommend this TV 100%

(5 out of 5) by Mr. Iain Cresswell on Jan 16, 2008 (uk)Having looked round to find a small lcd television/dvd/freeview for my bedroom i found the choice very limited,and trying to find reviews of certain makes impossible, so after digesting the reviews from customers whom had purchased the Daewoo i brought one,well was it a good buy? a big yes.i experienced none of the problems mentioned in the reviews no background noise, setting up was easy piture quality was great as long as u have a good signal (for Digital) found the remote fine not too small,and the piano finish looks really nice, so if your looking for a small lcd dvd freeview that is real gem look no further

Daewoo 19" excellent value for money

If you haven't got a digital aerial you will need one (but thats not a negative point against this tv, you'll need one for all digital tv's).
I fully recommend this tv as a first or second Tv, great value for money, you can remove the stand and wall mount it (100x100)
Easy to set up and operate..... Go for it!

Not bad

Excellent in daylight, but loses 1 star for me, because it is our bedroom TV and when the lights are off, the picture has a weird picture quality as the surface it is on is higher than the bed, however if you are looking straight on the picture's fine.
