Canon Pixma MX310

(5 out of 5) by Jacko on Feb 5, 2009 (West Yorkshire)
This is a superb piece of equipment for small business use and represents fantastic value for money. Its copying and scanning functions are quick and efficient and its ability to do these functions so well with multi page documents, is quite amazing in such an inexpensive machine. Highly delighted with the equipment.

No problems

(4 out of 5) by Jonathan Hewer on Feb 11, 2009 (UK)
Product was easy to set up and worked straight out of the box. It does seem to get through ink cartridges at a rate of knots though.

Good Value Printer

(4 out of 5) by Mr. D. S. Clarke on Mar 9, 2009 (Basingstoke, UK)
After checking the reviews, and spending ages trying to decide, I plumped for the Canon MX310, and I'm glad I did. It is fast, quiet, cheap and good quality.
The good thing for me is it only takes what seems like a couple of seconds to warm up. I just did a coulour copy and it was finished in under 30 seconds!
All in all a great value multi-function-device.

Good home/light office all in one

(4 out of 5) by Arun K on Mar 8, 2009 (Esher, UK)
Having already got two other Pixma printers in the house I needed a replacement for my old HP fax/printer. For the price I have found the Pixma range good quality, generally reliable and easy to use. Having to buy only one set of cartridges seems sensible as they all use the same ones.

Fax is good quality and ASF is always helpful. This all in one is more bulky than the other ones but still smaller than the HP one it is replaces. No USB lead included so if you don't have one you will need to get one.

Agree ink cartridges expensive and in fact I replaced a previous Pixma basic prnter with a new one(with the inclusive print cartridges) rather than get the more expensive cartridges. However I use Tesco branded ones now and they are OK and cheaper.

so far so good,

(4 out of 5) by poppets mum on May 20, 2009 (UK)
This seems a good printer, fast / quiet and easy to use, I had a brother before which only lasted just over a year and before than an epson so Im not too keen on printers, the makers dont seem to make them to last very long!! my last two had messages such as paper jam (but it wasnt) and error -- some random number, this seems to be a common problem. So I can only say that so far this printer seems very good and I m happy with it, and also a reasonable price, but who knows how long it will last?????? Havent had a canon before so fingers crossed.
